Need a little intro to Zumba before you try the real deal? Then check out the Intro to Zumba classes. You'll learn and practice basic movements that we use in Zumba -- steps from salsa, merengue, cumbia, as well as Bollywood rhythms. If time permits, we can cover hip hop and basic fitness moves. If you feel up for it, you can take the regular class afterwards!
Leave your info with us by filling out the interest form so we can let you know when the next basics class comes up. Classes will be held at least monthly. A minimum # of people need to sign up in order for class to be held, so let me know if you're coming via the interest form!
