Training Policy
Cancellations
Our primary goal is provide the best possible service to our clientele. In order to accomplish this goal, we work on an appointment-based schedule to allow you the private and individualized time required for your personal training session.
Because of this schedule, it is important that clients provide their trainer with proper notice when they need to cancel an appointment. This means a cancellation should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel a training session within the time stated above will result in the client being charged for that session.
We understand that in times of emergencies and illness this is not always possible. Circumstances such as these will be taken into consideration.
Lateness
Clients must be dressed appropriately and ready to participate at the time of the scheduled session. The trainer is only required to wait for the client for 15 minutes. If a session begins late due to the client, the trainer has the right to deduct those minutes off of the session and end the session on time. The trainer is also responsible for arriving and being prepared to begin on time.
Expiration date of training sessions
Personal Training Sessions will expire 6 months from the date of purchase unless serious extenuating circumstances prevent the client from returning. Extending the expiration date will only happen based on an agreement between the client and the personal trainer.
Refunds
Due to the nature of services provided by CocoFitness, there is no refund for services rendered or unused.
