Last night we wrapped up filming Sunny’s video on how to make Chicken Tikka Masala and Butter Chicken (the healthy version). Oh man…did it smell good in the house!! When we finish editing it, we’ll put it on youtube and videojug.

Cooking at home is a great way to save some money and control how many calories you take in! One of the key reasons why Sunny and I can stay in good shape is because we eat at home almost all the time, and that means we know what’s really in the food. Sunny used to eat out all the time for work, and since he started cooking more at home a year ago, he’s lost 20lbs. We have people over to enjoy a casual lunch or dinner with us, and this encourages our friends to eat healthier too!
