Caroline “Coco” Low

is an independent fitness and dance professional committed to helping you to improve your lifestyle through dance, resistance & cardio training, yoga, pilates, and healthy cooking.

Born in Malaysia and growing up in Maryland, the free-spirited Coco developed her talent and interest in dance and love for meeting people at a young age. Coco has been involved in the field of movement and music for 20 years. As a certified personal trainer, she exploits the latest training tools and techniques that have proven to yield maximum results in minimal time. She motivates her clients by using a unique mix of global music, using the outdoors, teaching training techniques that can be safely used at home, and making the workouts fun & creative! As a Zumba Instructor, she makes every class feel like a dance party with friends!

Coco picks up authentic dance moves and music from travelling the world, another of her favourite hobbies. Her latest inspiration has been the samba classes in Brazil and tango lessons from Buenos Aires, bringing the fresh and original flavor into her classes.

But when you hire Coco, you are not just getting a trainer. Besides the physical training, time-saving workouts and nutrition advice, Coco addresses the obstacles that keep you from getting the body you want -- injuries, effectiveness, time, and whatever else gets in the way of losing fat. She coaches, cheers on, pushes, supervises, befriends, and mentors. She wears as many hats as it takes to change her clients’ lifestyles for the better.
